Subscription Purchases
Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. Subscriptions provide recurring deliveries at a reduced price compared to one-time purchases.
When you purchase a subscription:
- You will receive automatic repeat deliveries at the frequency associated with your chosen product, which you may update at any time through your subscription portal
- Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery unless you cancel in accordance with this policy
- You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled billing date
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, your cancellation must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.
To cancel:
- Access your subscription portal through the link provided in any of your order or subscription emails, or
- Email us at info@zenturashop.com and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day
Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. If a billing cycle has already processed, that order will be fulfilled and the cancellation will apply to all future charges.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through the portal link found in any of your order or subscription emails, or by contacting us directly. This includes:
- Updating delivery frequency
- Skipping a shipment
- Updating payment details
- Cancelling your subscription
